Ages 2-4
Students learn all the basics of tap, ballet and tumbling technique. This class also teaches the student musicality, classroom etiquette and body awareness.
Ages 4-7
Students learn all of the basic techniques of tap and ballet and introduces them to jazz. Students will learn body awareness, proper classroom etiquette, musicality and valuable performance skills.
Ages 5 to High School
Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping.
Elementary through High School
Tap is one of the oldest dance forms in this country. Students are taught rhythms, timing, and leg/foot coordination done to various types of music.

Ballet is the “backbone” of all dance training. In ballet the student will learn grace, elegance, technique, discipline, flexibility, stamina, and endurance.

Jazz is sharp and fluid movements to create a visually technical dance and style. It is usually done to popular music. Body isolations, stretch, turning, leaping and technical steps are taught in this class.
Lyrical dance is a dance style that blends ballet and jazz dance. Lyrical is generally smoother and a bit faster than ballet, but not quite as fast as jazz. A lyrical dancer uses movement to express strong emotions such as love, joy and anger.
Contemporary combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet.
Musical Theater is a form of theatrical performance that combines songs, spoken dialogue, acting and dance. This is usually done in a workshop atmosphere more than a weekly class. It is encouraged to take all forms of dance when considering a musical theater interest.
Middle School through High School
Variety Tech centers on all styles of technique for leaps, turns, and tricks, focuses on the different genres of dance.
Middle School through High School
This class prepares and trains the students to try-out for a high school drill team/dance team. This class will focus on flexibility, strength and performance abilities. Students will learn basic and fundamental dance steps including leaps, turns, splits and kicks that are required in the drill team audition process.

Our flex and stretch program is core based to help utilize your muscles to gain back and hip strength and to help prevent injuries.
